9/22/23 The Transportation Defense Advocacy Council was held this week in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Ted Perryman, a charter member of TDAC, attended the second annual meeting. TDAC members are leaders in the trucking industry who represent trucking companies and their insurers. TDAC is a continuation of the Arkansas Transportation Program that was established years ago by now Magistrate Judge Christy Comstock. Attendees included our client trucking companies such as Prime, Inc., Anderson Trucking Service, Maverick Transportation, Western Dairy, and Averitt Express. Insurance carrier clients included Great West Casualty Company, Gallagher Bassett, and Hallmark Financial.
