The IADC has recently announced the formation of a new committee – the Transportation Committee. This Committee will function much like any other substantive law Committee of the IADC in that it will prepare and publish newsletters, Defense Counsel Journal articles, and present seminars and webinars involving matters of current interest to the members of the IADC. However, this new IADC committee is a little different in that we have four specific sub-committees designated according to specialty areas of each of sub-committee within the transportation group.
Ted Perryman will be on the Trucking sub-committee of the newly formed Transportation Committee.
