Brad Young was asked to assist in crafting the draft due in November to present to the Missouri Legislature.
The objective of this draft is to reverse the recent decision from the Missouri Court of Appeals that limits the exclusive remedy provision of the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Act passed in 2005. Young assisted in drafting the 2005 Workers Comp Reform Act in Missouri.
