Rachel Capel

Rachel has focused her legal career on civil defense litigation and has managed the defense of cases in transportation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, and medical malpractice. She has experience in all areas of litigation, including taking and defending key depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and first chair bench and jury trial experience.

Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and she taught middle school math and science prior to attending Southern Illinois University School of Law. She currently focuses her practice on the defense of transportation companies. She resides in Chesterfield, Missouri, and enjoys her time outside of work spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
