Paul Hess

Paul defends personal injury claims on behalf of businesses and insurance carriers of all sizes. Paul has filed several successful motions to dismiss and has secured favorable rulings on discovery motions, motions in limine, and expert motions. Paul also has experience working on high-stakes consumer class action and product liability cases.

While in law school, Paul gained courtroom experience as a clerk at a plaintiff’s injury firm and as an intern in the Missouri public defender offices of St. Charles County and the City of St. Louis. He was inducted into the Order of the Woolsack, SLU Law’s highest academic honor.

In his free time, Paul enjoys following St. Louis sports teams and exploring Missouri state parks with his family.
