Nancy Martin is a civil litigator with over 20 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of legal disputes and civil actions. She concentrates her practice in the areas of tort litigation, employing a purposeful approach to each stage of dispute resolution. She has a passion for problem-solving and a proven record of success.

Prior to joining Roberts Perryman, P.C., Nancy practiced several years with another insurance defense firm, handling premises liability, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents. She also counseled financial and business clients in the areas of commercial torts, bankruptcy, contracts, and employment disputes.

During law school, Nancy served as a student law clerk for the Honorable Barry S. Schermer of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and was awarded the Golden Gavel for best brief in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree in International Business from St. Louis University, graduating magna cum laude.

Nancy was a long-serving member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and executive board member of the Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis, a non-profit that supports networking and mentorship opportunities in the Greater St. Louis area among law students and legal professionals of Hispanic heritage.
