Lisa Howe

Lisa Howe has been practicing since 1996.  She worked as a public defender handling criminal matters from 1996-2003.  She first chaired approximately 10-12 criminal trials, including a Murder in the First-Degree trial.  She then worked at Eckenrode-Maupin from 2003-2024 handling medical malpractice and civil rights defense cases.  At that firm, Lisa Howe worked cases up for trial and participated in trials.  She handled cases from beginning to end, including appeals.  She has extensive experience preparing complex cases to trial and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.   She received the highest grade in Constitutional Law II, and she has received the top defense verdict two times. 

I am married and have a daughter who is 15 years old.  Aside from going to my daughter’s softball, I enjoy reading and watching television.  I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
