Brad Young, Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation practice at Roberts Perryman was asked to be a panelist at the Safety Managers Roundtable for the AAIMEA held on November 17, 2011. Brad will be discussed how safety managers can manage workers compensation issues more effectively given the law and court interpretations. Mr. Young is frequently asked to attend meetings and conferences discussing the interpretation of state laws affecting Workers Compensation.
