Earlier this year the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District affirmed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment or a motion to dismiss in three cases against lawyers defended by Rick and Adina. The cases are Juan v. Growe, 547 S.W.3d 585 (Mo. Ct. App. 2018); Duncan v. Dempsey, 547 S.W.3d 815 (Mo. Ct. App. 2018); and Schmitt v. Stoddard, 547 S.W.3d 823 (Mo. Ct. App. 2018). In each case the court made new and favorable law for lawyers.
