Ted Perryman, Chairman of Roberts Perryman, was recently interviewed by Transport Topics in regard to his opinion of how CSA data might be used in the courtroom. Mr. Perryman is quoted as saying, “If CSA evidence makes its way into the courtroom, in my opinion, it could very well tip the scales in given cases.” This topic has had much recent interest. Ted Perryman is scheduled to present at the FMCSA’s advisory subcommittee on 9/11 in Alexandria, VA.
