Ted Perryman Keynote Speaker at The Missouri Trucking Association’s 77th Annual Convention

Ted Perryman presented ‘Trucking on Trial’ at the MoTA convention hosted at Big Cedar Lodge on 9/17. ‘Trucking on Trial’ takes an in-depth look at how trucking company safety directors are deposed by plaintiffs’ attorneys post-accident. Video clips from three different safety directors are used to illustrate different plaintiff attorney strategies and pitfalls and ways to avoid these pitfalls.
