Ted Perryman was a keynote presenter at the Nebraska Trucking Association’s Annual Meeting on September 26. Ted was asked to present ‘Jury of Our Peers: Inside a Trucking Case’. Jury of Our Peers was put together to illustrate how juries deliberate trucking cases. Two focus groups, urban and suburban, were given the facts of an accident and then led through a series of questions. The groups were filmed and then clips were taken from the focus groups and embedded in a presentation to walk the audience through the deliberations.
